1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings at 26 Suites are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email with a valid reservation number. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Self check-in is facilitated via smart lock access codes, which will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Guests must present valid identification upon request.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the equivalent of the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Specific rates or promotional offers may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely via our online booking platform. We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. The total amount may be charged at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the rate selected. A security deposit may be pre-authorised on your card and released after check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the suite and its contents in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by the guest or their visitors will be charged to the guest's payment method. Guests must comply with all house rules and respect fellow guests and neighbours at all times.
6. Property Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including suites, hallways, and common spaces. Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained. Parties, events, and gatherings that exceed the suite's maximum occupancy are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Violation of property rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
7. Liability
26 Suites shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. We recommend that guests secure valuables and consider appropriate travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay.
8. Force Majeure
26 Suites shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or utility failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
